The following apartments do not have any breed restrictions, though they most likely do require an "interview" with the dog prior to move-in. If you're dog only loves you and has a nasty bite history, you might be doomed. Otherwise, these places are willing to give your GSD or Pit Bull or Rottweiler, etc. a chance!

I just talked to Seneca Villiage, they now judge the breed and have the breed restrictions as of two years ago. http://www.livingatbreckenridge.com/ does accept all breeds and is in a nice area.
